Before you order: Read our policies

All luxury buttercream cakes start at $100.

All cake orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of the event date.

If the order is placed 1 week before the event, the FULL amount is due at the time of ordering.

A $50 deposit is required for all cake orders.

The deposit must be paid on the same day you receive your invoice to secure your order.

If the total order amount is under $100, the FULL amount is due at the time of ordering.

Changes

Any changes to the order are subject to availability and must be made in writing no later than 30 days before delivery and may result in additional charges.
Payment

The event date is considered "booked" upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling $50 of the total value of the cake package, delivery charges, and a signed contract.

The final payment is due 7 days before the delivery date.

Payments made after the due date are subject to late fees.

Payments will be made via credit/debit card through online invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds

Kenzie Kakes Bakery will provide a 50% refund if we fail to deliver on the date/time requested, not including events of Mother Nature that may prevent delivery until a later date/time.

Kenzie Kakes Bakery is not responsible for the shortage of cake due to incorrect guest counts or failure to cut industry standard-sized slices.

Kenzie Kakes Bakery is not responsible if the customer gives the wrong date, time, or address for delivery. (We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may receive because of the wrong date, address, or time.) Refunds will not be honored due to style, decor, color/shade/tint, misunderstanding of the overall general design concept, ordering a flavor you did not like or failure to order what you wanted, imperfections caused by weather, heat, humidity, rain, ice, freezing, snow or other factors beyond our control.
PLEASE KEEP THE CAKE COOL AND AWAY FROM THE SUN TO PREVENT SOFTENING AND MELTING IN THIS TEXAS HEAT.
